 A Farmers' Convention was held at Lara village of Kasipur, Purulia from 28 February to 1 March 2024, for the celebration of learning and experiences. In this convention, about 400 farmers from different villages participated and shared experiences, success stories and lessons learnt with regards to climate resilience and adaptation. There was live demonstration of different models suitable for red lateritic agro-ecological zones and cultural events were also organised. Government officials from agri dept and other distinguished guests were present

 Farmers Day Celebration on 23.12.2023 at Basterdih village of Kasipur, Purulia and Chatna, Bankura district

 Mass awareness campaigns were organized in Mujrakundi village of Bankura and Mrigipahari village of Purulia on National Science Day 2023 to create awareness on sustainable agriculture by blending traditional knowledge with modern technologies. All these events were organized to create awareness on climate resilient agricultural practices among the farmers, farm women, youth and other masses. Drawing competition, rallies, street play, quiz competition etc. were organized in the celebration where people from different age groups attended. Some selected farmers were also felicitated for their notable work in the field of natural farming.

 A Farmers' Convention was held at Mirga village of Chhatna, Bankura on 9th-11th February 2023, for the celebration of learning and experiences. In this convention, 350 farmers from Bankura participated and shared experiences, success stories and lessons learnt with regards to climate resilience and adaptation. There was live demonstration of different models suitable for red lateritic agro-ecological zones and cultural events were also organised.

 A Mass awareness programme has been organized on climate change impacts on semi-arid regions and different sustainable agricultural techniques in Dhanardih Village of Purulia and Haribandi Village of Bankura on 23rd January 2023.

 

 Farmers Day Celebration on 23.12.2022 at Mehi Village of Purulia and Jugunthol Village of Bankura on the theme Join hands to adapt Climate Change

 Awareness programme was conducted at Balidumdumi Primary School of Bankura on 20th November 2022 to observe CRC week and aware the future of society on climate change adaptation and natural farming.

 We have organised a mass awareness programme on climate change adaptation on the eve of 76th Independence Day in Mirga village of Bankura and Paharpur village of Purulia. Children from local schools, local youths, women and the villagers from nearby villages also attended the programme. Rallies, planting saplings were done in the event.
